Project Plan: It is planned to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Park of Chengde, with an energy-saving battery component featuring annual energy saving capacity of 3million KV, to collect optical energy and wind energy to restore electric energy.
投資估算與資金來源：項目計劃總投資1.2億美元，資金全部企業(yè)自籌
Investment Estimation and Source of Fund: the total investment for the project is USD120million, all of which shall be collected by enterprise independently.
市場分析：由于新能源發(fā)電系統(tǒng)具有隨機性和間歇性, 易對電網(wǎng)造成很大的沖擊，引入儲能系統(tǒng)后，就可以有效減 少對電網(wǎng)的沖擊，提高電力質(zhì)量，同時也能推動分布式新能源發(fā)電的上網(wǎng)，促進新能源的推廣。據(jù)估算，在可再生能源領(lǐng)域，如果按照光伏和風能裝機配備25%的儲能，以1500元/千瓦的價格來計費中將占到15%，發(fā)展空間巨大;我國智能電網(wǎng)未來十年新增投資額在1萬億元左右，這些都將為儲能電池帶來巨大的市算，到2015年，儲能市場將超過4000億元。
Market Analysis: The randomness and intermittency of energy generating system through new energy can result in great shock to grid. However, after introducing the energy saving system, the shock to grid can be effectively reduced, the quality of electric energy is improved, the power-generating network through distributive new energy is enhanced and the new energy will be promoted. According to estimation, in renewable energy field, the development future is great provided that 25% energy saved is provided by photovoltaic and wind energy equipment if calculated based on the price of RMB1500/KV (accounting for 15%). All these will bring huge market benefits for energy-saving batteries. By 2015, energy-saving market value will surpass RMB400billion.

建設(shè)條件：項目擬選址在承德張百灣新興產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū)內(nèi)，該區(qū)交通便利，緊鄰國道112線，距灤平縣城10公里、京承高速灤平出口23公里，到北京僅1個半小時車程；京通鐵路和正在建設(shè)的張?zhí)畦F路經(jīng)過園區(qū)，并在區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有客貨兩用站；水資源充沛，灤河流經(jīng)27公里，徑流量19立方米/秒；淺層地下水即可實現(xiàn)園區(qū)近期供水，規(guī)模為10萬噸/日的供水廠正在建設(shè)中；區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有35KV、110KV、220KV變電站各一座，承德西500KV變電站和園區(qū)專用35KV變電站即將建成投入使用；天然氣管道在區(qū)內(nèi)建設(shè)中轉(zhuǎn)站一座、門站五個；現(xiàn)有處理能力為2萬噸/日的污水處理廠一座，并可提供中水回用，規(guī)劃建設(shè)處理能力為16萬噸/日的第二污水處理廠1座，一期6萬噸/日工程已開工建設(shè)。
Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
